The Globe In Brighton - Saturdays Playlist

Just wanted to pass on our thanks to everyone that made last Saturday's party in Brighton one of the best we've had in our last 5 years. Quite some going considering there's been a fair few now

That said, we enjoyed such a brilliant evening from start to finish with plenty of smiles, handshakes and top quality vibes that we know we're very lucky to of experienced

Not sure what it is but you can still guarantee a good one just by putting a PA, some music and great crowd into a Brighton boozer even to this day

Lovely to see some dear friends from Go Bang past and present (love to all the family) on the floor throwing down alongside some newer faces (shouts to the crew from LA for the kind words, we hope you find more house music in Brighton very soon guys, Matthew - welcome on board Sir, the group dancing down the front non stop all night and to the lovely disco crew who rocked up - we loved your combination dancing and energy guys)

We're celebrating 5 years this years so for us it was appropriate that we kick started our year off  in the right space with the right mixture of music so we could encapsulate what the last half decade has all been about on the south coast

We decided on The Globe for the first party which for us symbolizes where we began and where we met people as the scene was taking shape almost half a decade ago across the city

On Saturday we took the decision to move proceedings from the basement up into the street level bar whilst relocating our sound system to the front of the venue in the windows. This worked and will be emulated once again over the course of the year no doubt

Dance floor space was cleared to encourage some movement (although that didn't take too much hard work in the end) and that was basically it for the next 5 hours as we crossed the musical spectrum with everybody

Here's a brief recount of the tracks we played that moved the floor on Saturday, pretty sure there's many more to include but for now this is what springs to mind as being the ones that raised the roof
